Welcome to the Hildley's

Chris and I were pretty busy this weekend. We went cross country skiing on Sunday up at Hyak/Snoqualmie East. We apparently did between 14-16 kms of it. But because our endurance is way better than our ability/fitness for x-country, we've both been hurting all day today. This has not been helped by me mountain biking for two hours today. Ouch.

BUT! None of this is really that exciting. What is exciting is this:



This is our new cat. She's a 2 year old Siamese mix. We got her this afternoon from PAWS Cat City. She's adapted really well to our house so far. She's found her food, water, litter, and has jumped on top of some papers I was grading like she's been here forever. She follows us around the house, especially if it involves us being in the kitchen.
