Food for thought
I wanted to put in a plug (Seattle-specific) for a great company (not coincidentally also the sponsor of Chris's cycling team). Cucina Fresca makes amazing fresh pasta and great sauces. We've had the linguine and the fettucini in the past week, and it's incredible. But the most awesome pasta that I tried was the butternut squash ravioli. This is truly incredible! You don't need to add anything to it for it to be tasty, though a splash of olive oil helps. Though it is decidedly more expensive than dry pastas, it is well worth the cost.
